Defence Support Hub Darwin -

The Defence Support Hub is a 53 hectare site that has been specifically planned for businesses that support the needs of the Australian Department of Defence.
The site is strategically located near the Australian Army’s Robertson Barracks, close to the city of Palmerston and approximately 25 km from the Darwin CBD.
The site allows prime contractors and subcontractors to deliver industry support for Defence requirements, with a focus on the ongoing service and maintenance of Defence platforms including armoured vehicles.
Stage 1 of the Defence Support Hub is complete with four serviced lots ranging in size from 6000 square metres to five hectares.
The broad vision for the Defence Support Hub includes attracting manufacturing, research and development and associated activities that will support the Defence Force in its operations.
The development of specialty service capabilities for the Defence Forces is expected to attract further work across other Defence platforms and for other industries using similar technologies. These include mining, oil and gas, commodities processing and transport.
