Darwin's East Arm Logistics Precinct is a developing key support and service hub for the region's offshore oil and gas industry.

Covering an area of more than 300 hectares, the Precinct is strategically located close to Port of Darwin's East Arm Wharf, the Adelaide to Darwin rail freight terminal and major road and air transport connections.

The Precinct offers a range of dedicated areas that provide flexible land and tenure options including:

  • Darwin Business Park
    Darwin Business Park covers over 100ha and offers fully serviced lots ranging in size from .56 to 7.3 hectares. Over $220m of private development is already committed with the majority of lots in the first land release now sold and Stage 2 selling fast. Lots at Darwin Business Park North are expected to be released to the market early next year.
  • Rail Frontage
    Situated adjacent to the AustralAsia rail link these parcels of land range in size from 30,300m2 to 50,500m2 and are available on short to long term lease options. The lots are fully fenced and landscaped along O'Sullivan Circuit.
  • Common User Area (CUA)
